I really like this vitamin. It seems to have the natural/non-synthetic forms of all the vitamins, and in reasonable amounts. I particularly like that it has methylfolate and methylcobalamin (which are great for people with MTHFR mutations… and everyone, really).

There are surprisingly few vitamins on the market that get this stuff right. The vitamin does have a stronger smell/taste than other vitamins, but I don’t find it to be a huge problem since you don’t have to chew them or anything. (Just a warning for those with super extreme morning sickness.) Overall, I’m a big fan.
